• Investing in student success - I'm committed to programs that give students a head start, like dual-credit courses, industry certifications, and youth apprenticeships so they graduate ready for college, careers, and life.

• Staff retention - Educator retention is crucial for creating a stable, high-quality learning environment for students, promoting efficiency and cost-effectiveness within schools, and contributing to a thriving community. It's an investment in the future success of both students and the entire school district. To promote staff retention, I advocate for public education funding and a supportive and collaborative district culture.

• Communicating with stakeholders- For our schools to be successful we need to listen to our students, staff, and community. I welcome conversations with all stakeholders because it helps me better understand their needs and point of view.
